It’s our time to Dream BIG.


We have continued to go to great lengths to implement sustainable and ethical working practices in our operations. It’s the time to Dream Big. The Dream which details our stringent ethical standards, includes our commitment to set up exemplary standard to ensure the operational excellence and ensuring the benefits of our partners.

With a rich heritage in the mobile device and electronics industries, a diverse workforce and operations throughout the country, we not only have an obligation to operate in a responsible manner, but we have an important role to play as our business and industry landscape changes and evolves.

Our main strength lies in our operational strength through which in the last year we have crossed the milestone of 1000 crore turnover. In this year we are aiming to make it even double.

Now Fair Group is serving nationwide in six different arenas that includes Contract Logistics Support of Samsung, Olitalia, National and Pasta Zaara, Samsung Electronics and Mobile Flagship Retailing, Enterprise Business Solution, Pump and Foundry and Software Solution.

Within one year of successful operation with Samsung Electronics with a group of dedicated Associates of Fair Distribution Limited, a strategic business unit of Fair Group has achieved 300% growth for Samsung electronics Bangladesh Limited. With continuous and countless efforts of FDL & Samsung Team, Samsung Mobile is now the number one Brand in Bangladesh

During the course of the year, our teams did tremendous work to refresh and focus the strategies for each of those businesses. As a Managing Director of Fair Group, I have also been extremely proud of our work to redefine the company’s values. Those values will guide our decisions, and our ways of working for many years to come.

Bangladesh is home to the eighth largest population in the world. Despite many shortcomings like political turmoil, labor industry unrest and natural calamities, Bangladesh has registered steady economic growth in the last decade.
Bangladesh is a mammoth sized consumer market consisting of almost 160 million consumers. This huge consumer base is being driven by catalytic factors like age and gender distribution (60% of the population being between 15-64 years of age), rising middle class, growing white collar culture and globalization (youth influenced and linked with the globe via IT and social media).

However, as a company, we have to focus on those areas where we can make the best impact. And we have identified the biggest topic, with the advancement of White Collar culture people are getting busier, so they want everything available right in front of their hand and we the Fair group is ensuring with our continues effort to make the products of our partners available at every corner of our country.

Going forward into 2017, a year that marks our 10th anniversary, we want to be proud, not only of what we achieve but also how we achieve it. It is thanks to our heritage, our pragmatic approach, our commitment to high ethical standards, and a deep belief in the power of our values, which gives us the ability to continue to make a real difference to people’s lives.
