A Strategic Business Conference of Fair Group titled by “Xplode 2018” was held at Cox’s Bazar from 7-9 December 2017. The event was preceded by the Honorable Chairman Mr. Ruhul Alam al Mahbub of Fair Group to discuss ongoing business strategies of different business units, its effectiveness and also to develop new strategies for the upcoming 2018.
The HOBs & Department heads from all units presented their idea & business plans regarding their departments and concerns. The 3 days event was productive as the Fair Group maestros were able to work with effective business strategies, marketing and operational excellences for the year 2018.
One of the focal concerns of the conference was to boost & develop operational & business plans for Samsung’s CKD factory which will start full-fledged operation from 2018.

Regarding the strategic conference Mr. Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub said, “2017 has been a fruitful year for Fair Group but with the upcoming year the industry will also take a quick turn. So to make 2018 more prolific we need to explode our business excellences.”
